We have known Rosemary Alexander professionally  for several years and were very pleased when she set up her own business. As a landlord in Eden, it is easy to finish up at the mercy of local family and friend networks which can make the ownership of an  investment property a complicated and unrewarding task.

Rosemary took over the management of our property and did an excellent job. We were kept informed when issues arose but Rose was always ready to deal with the problem. When rent was late Rose was on the job quickly and always kept a sometimes leaky ship afloat.
